Christening

We will help create a wonderful celebration to officially welcome the newest member of your family and for his/her initial acquaintance with a close circle of family and friends. To welcome the newest member, we will recommend the most stunning venues and offer you the chance to create your own private space, so that you can welcome your guests.

One meeting with us will help eliminate any worries you may have relating to the event and will make sure you receive the best possible products and services. Our aim is to make this special moment a happy family memory.

Bellini cocktail (a refreshing mixture of dry white champagne with peach puree and a few drops of peach schnapps) or Champagne cognac cocktail (a mixture of dry champagne and cognac, angostura and brown sugar)

Mini dip (cheese mousse with peppers)  
Kneaded bread and grissini
Olives (black and green)
Olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a sprig of thyme

Soup
Grouper, vegetable and saffron soup

Salad
Fresh rocket leaves, lollo rosso, Cretan apaki, salad, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, with a vinaigrette dressing (olive oil and carob syrup)
Five salads will be available without apaki for your vegetarian guests

Main Dish
Grouper roasted with herbs and accompanied by buttered vegetables, broccoli florets and baby carrots)

Cheese Platter
Cretan graviere, smoked cheese from Metsovo, feta cheese from Kefalonia (served with grissini)

Dessert
Greek-style doughnuts (loukoumades) served with honey, cinnamon and walnuts
