We are here at the beginning of this new chapter to make it the most special and beautiful day of your life.

We will welcome you to a venue that suits your personal style and will offer you an exceptional menu, full bar to offer thanks to your guests, incredible dancing programmes and amazing surprises, all taking place with your favourite music playing in the background.

Welcome Drink
Kir Royale Champagne Cocktail
Two different choices of Canapé

Starter
A savoury tart with three marinated shrimps topped with cocktail sauce and dill
Smoked salmon  
A side dish of lollo rosso, avocado and cherry tomatoes

Salad
Green salad “Elafokinigos” (rocket, lettuce, carrot, corn, cheese cubes, vinaigrette dressing)

A selection of cheeses
Feta cheese, anthotyro, graviere, smoked kalathaki cheese from Limnos

Main Dish (A choice between...)
Roasted top round of veal – baked kid goat casserole cooked in lemon juice – pork tenderloin medallion with mushroom sauce

1. Roast potatoes sprinkled with peanuts and sesame or

Bellini (a refreshing mixture of dry white champagne with peach puree and a few drops of peach schnapps) or Champagne cognac cocktail (a mixture of dry champagne and cognac, angostura bitters and brown sugar)

Appetizers
Mini dip (cheese mousse with peppers)  
Kneaded bread and grissini
Olives (black and green)
White grouper fish soup with vegetables and saffron

Salad (for one person)
Fresh rocket leaves, lollo rosso, Cretan apaki, salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, with a vinaigrette dressing (olive oil and carob syrup)
There will be five salads without apaki available for your vegetarian guests

Main Dish
White grouper fish (roasted with herbs and served with buttered vegetables, broccoli florets and baby carrots)

Cheese Platter
Cretan graviere, smoked cheese from Metsovo, feta cheese from Kefalonia (served with grissini)

Dessert
Loukoumades (Greek-style doughnuts) served with honey, cinnamon and walnuts
The dessert will be accompanied by a glass of mastiha liqueur (it will be individually served)
